Angela Hucles (Player) - Inducted 2015

Angela played collegiate soccer at the University of Virginia, where she was a four-year all-ACC player. She is still Virginia’s career women’s leader in goals, game-winning goals, and total points.

After graduation she played for the Hampton Roads Piranhas. Angela was drafted in the 2001 WUSA inaugural draft by the Boston Breakers of the WUSA and played for three seasons, moved to the Boston Renegades, and then was allocated to the Boston Breakers in 2008. She was a member of the gold-medal-winning US teams at the 2004 Olympics in Athens and the 2008 Olympics in China.

Angela retired from both club and international soccer in 2009 and now serves as a soccer analyst for NBC Sports.  Angela Hucles was named the president of the National Women's Sports Foundation in 2015.
